Vincent Lindemans works at Signhoeve in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, a company that specializes in signing and creating visual communications for businesses. Think of fleetmarking, car wrapping and vehicle lettering. Quality is key at Signhoeve, which is why only the best equipment, such as the Welte 62 Pro-S, is used.

“We have been working with the Welte 62 Pro-S for about 2.5 months now. We purchased this machine during the Drupa fair. Our old laminator had been in service for 17 years and it was clear by now that it had seen its best days. We regularly complained about how inefficient and cumbersome working with it was, so an upgrade was really needed,” says Vincent.

Vincent continues: “My first impression of the Welte 62 Pro-S is very positive. We worked for years with another type of laminator, and that was often pulling and pushing to get the right result. This machine feels more professional and is immediately a lot more user-friendly. Of course, it took some getting used to at first. The operations are different and the settings don't work the same as with our old machine. But I can honestly say that after a week we were well used to it. We now laminate an average of two rolls a day, and I am really impressed with how fine this this machine works.”

“The machine runs daily. It has become an integral part of our production process, and we really can't live without it. I use the Welte 62 Pro-S together with a colleague. The switch went surprisingly smoothly. This machine is so much easier to use. With the old machine you constantly had to pay attention and make adjustments, whereas with the Welte 62 Pro-S it's much easier and faster. It's a real improvement, both in quality and efficiency.''

“The ease of use is one of the great advantages of the Welte 62 Pro-S. Think of the roller pressure: you set this super-easy just by turning a wheel. Especially with cast prints, the roller heating makes a big difference. The result then looks just that little bit tighter and more professional. Loading material goes smoothly from roll to roll. You can move on quickly, and rolling up the laminated prints on the back is also neat.”

“The results are excellent. The machine delivers consistently good results and we hardly need to intervene during the process. Everything runs as it should, and that gives a lot of peace of mind while working. The prints come out tight and neat, which of course is the most important thing.”

Vincent adds, “The lamination process has become a lot faster. Laminating used to be a really time-consuming job that required constant work. Now we have a complete roll laminated within 15 minutes, without having to constantly intervene.”

“I would definitely recommend the Welte 62 Pro-S. It may take some getting used to at first, but once you get used to the machine, you really don't want to go back. The Welte 62 Pro-S is fast, easy to use and delivers top quality. For us, it has now become an indispensable part of our work process,” Vincent concludes.
