Nautasign Textile/Nautasign is proud to announce the acquisition of Liratex Printing, effective 1 January 2025. This (strategic) acquisition underlines our ambition to support our customers even better with a complete range of textile processing and printing techniques.
Expansion of service and expertise This acquisition adds around 80 DTF printers and DTG printers to our service portfolio. This offers our customers more security and continuity in their production processes. Moreover, Nauta Textile/Nautasign and Liratex jointly have a shared showroom in Ede, which will provide an important platform for demonstrations and customer visits.
HDB & Liratex Solutions will continue to specialise in embroidery and garment distribution (Daiber) alongside industrial sewing machines and supplying textile manufacturers. The Liratex division will continue to operate independently and from 2025 will focus entirely on embroidery, and the James & Nicholson / DAIBER clothing line, known for quality workwear and promotional clothing. This focus strengthens the cooperation between our companies, enabling us together to take care of the entire needs of workwear and promotional clothing.

From transfer printing to embroidery, we offer a wide range of common techniques and materials under one roof.
