Calenders that can be used for single piece transfer printing, but are also capable of roll-to-roll transfer printing
Klieverik GTC-SP Flowline Calenders are five different calenders that can be used for single piece transfer printing, but are also capable of roll-to-roll transfer printing. These calendars are called 'Flowline' because of the way material is transported through the machine. The blanks of fabric are first placed on the feed table and then automatically transported in exactly the same order to the back of the calendar. The transferred fabric pieces can be easily collected and sorted by size, color or design. Klieverik GTC-SP Flowline Calenders are suitable for all types of materials such as woven, stretch, knitted, non-woven and can be used for applications such as signage, fashion and home decoration.
- It is possible to send the transferred parts to the front of the machine by changing the direction of the plate under the feed table. This function is ideal for samples or short runs.
